Having Trouble Opening a Google Doc?

Answer:

If you see a screen saying "You need access" or "Request Access," it usually means you are logged into your browser with a personal email instead of your school email.

The Quick Fix

  1. Look Up: Check the top right corner of your Google Chrome browser.

  2. The Switch: If you see your personal photo or a different email, click it and select Add or Sign In.

  3. Use the Right Key: Use your @nsaschool.ca email address and password.

  4. Refresh: Go back to Moodle and click the link again.
