If you see a screen saying "You need access" or "Request Access," it usually means you are logged into your browser with a personal email instead of your school email.
The Quick Fix
Look Up: Check the top right corner of your GoogleChrome browser.
The Switch: If you see your personal photo or a different email, click it and select Add or Sign In.
Use the Right Key: Use your @nsaschool.ca email address and password.
Refresh: Go back to Moodle and click the link again.
